AKC Registration Information Form (Puppy Papers)

This form is only for people who already have a puppy from us so that we can get your AKC registration papers sent to you. We are doing electronic liter kits when possible. Your puppies registered name must start with NorthStar or NorthStar's when you register online. If people do not follow this process we will have to change policy.

Use this form only for providing the registration information for your dog. Do not use this as a regular contact form. Please email us directly at siberpower@zoho.com or use the regular contact form if you are just trying to reach us.

We are working on sending out registration for some dogs that were delayed due to parents being imported etc. We unfortunately finally had this paperwork start rolling in as we started the process of moving and setting up our new property. So, if you are waiting on papers please fill out this form and I will get them to you ASAP There is still a delay on Yakutian Laika paperwork while we wait for the Russian Kennel Federation to reopen from COVID19. However, if you have a puppy from us still please fill out the form and we will have everything ready to go when those pedigrees arrive.
